New Parking Passes are being issued at the Management office by appointment only, Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm. You need to have the new passes in your vehicle before January 1, 2021 to prevent from being towed.

All the sidewalks in the community are in the process of being replaced to eliminate the gap between the current sidewalk and the curb as well as eliminate tripping hazards, cracked pads, etc.... It will take a few years to complete all the sidewalks. After collecting several bids, the Board decided to go with the below company. Should you want/need your steps replaced, he is offering deals when he is in the community. Please contact him directly if you are interested in pricing.
